Abbey Wentland is a Mortgage Loan Originator at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. She joined Fairway team in Sun Prairie in 2005. Abbey has experience in a wide-range of mortgage tools, but specialized in VA loans, Conventional and Jumbo loans. She helps her clients learn about and feel comfortable with the loan process and costs associated with different avenues.
Abbey is a member of the Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin, Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association, Wisconsin Builders Association. She was a member of the Fairway Club, a group for producers with over $14 million in volume or higher annually, for five years.
Abbey was born and raised in the Madison area and is a graduate of UW-Madison with degrees in Finance and Marketing. In her free time, Abbey enjoys spending time with her twin daughters and husband, doing a variety of outdoor activities and cheering on the Badgers and Packers!

With over 25 years of experience in the legal field and four years in the real estate industry, Sarah brings her diverse set of real world skills to Fairway as a Loan Originator Assistant. She enjoys being part of a team and helping individuals and families realize their dream of homeownership. She assists Abbey throughout the loan process and has direct contact with clients, helping to maintain a positive relationship. Sarah is married to her husband Josh and they have two sons. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending baseball games, biking, and paddle tennis.
