Jesus Vivanco-Huerta has been in the banking industry since 2016, made his transition to mortgages in February 2020 and has been a Mortgage Loan Officer since. He decided to join Fairway in Sun Prairie as of May 2022.
Jesus believes that understanding his clients on their future financial goals is the most important part of the Home Buying process. He is dedicated to make sure all parties involved are well up to date throughout every step of the way.
He is well versed with Conventional, Jumbo and FHA products. Along with the commitment to problem solving as he understands that every Buyer’s scenario is different, therefore overcoming a potential challenge is not uncommon throughout his experience.
Jesus is fluent in English and Spanish. During his time away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters in his residence in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin.
