Joe is a Branch Manager and Certified Mortgage Planner for Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation’s flagship branch office and has been with Fairway since 1998. He brings years of experience to direct the operations of this key branch, as well as contributing his time and expertise to his industry.
Joe served two terms as President of the Wisconsin Mortgage Professionals Association and has maintained his commitment to his industry and his state association. He is a member of the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce and the Sun Prairie Chamber of Commerce.

Joe graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a degree in Business/Finance. During his time at UW-Platteville he had the opportunity to play basketball for Bo Ryan, former coach of the Wisconsin Badgers. In his spare time, Joe also enjoys officiating collegiate men’s basketball. He is married and enjoys spending time with his wife, stepson and grandson.
