For over 20 years Mike Zilli has helped people with their finances. After graduating college with a degree in Finance he worked in the Financial Services industry before entering the mortgage business.
Mike grew up in the greater Milwaukee area and from a young age worked in his family’s hospitality business. The service industry taught him valuable lessons in taking care of people and elevating the customer experience. Catering to his clients and delivering a “Wow” experience has helped Mike build a 100% referral based business. Mike believes in handling every transaction with great care, educating his clients about the process and exceeding their expectations.
Mike loves spending time with his wife Rachel, whom he has been married to for over 15 wonderful years, and their four kids – Lucca, Jack, Ella and Gia. Mike is a fitness enthusiast and loves spending time outdoors. When sitting still, Mike loves to read and catch up on all things Wisconsin sports.

Zak is a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator who’s been with Fairway since June of 2025 with a passion for helping people feel confident and supported throughout the home buying process.
Before stepping into the world of mortgage lending, he spent 7 years as a high school social worker in the Madison area supporting students, families, and educators through some of life’s most challenging moments. That experience has shaped his approach allowing him to lead with empathy, listen deeply, and maintain the foundational belief that every client deserves clarity, respect, and a personalized path forward.
Zak loves spending time outdoors disc golfing, camping, perfecting the backyard, and going on family walks with his wife, 2-year-old daughter, and their beagle rescue.

Becky is a Loan Originator Assistant at Fairway. She enjoys serving our clients by reviewing loan applications, working with them to collect supporting documentation, reviewing for accuracy, and various tasks from preapproval through closing.
