For over 20 years Mike Zilli has helped people with their finances. After graduating college with a degree in Finance he worked in the Financial Services industry before entering the mortgage business.
Mike grew up in the greater Milwaukee area and from a young age worked in his family’s hospitality business. The service industry taught him valuable lessons in taking care of people and elevating the customer experience. Catering to his clients and delivering a “Wow” experience has helped Mike build a 100% referral based business. Mike believes in handling every transaction with great care, educating his clients about the process and exceeding their expectations.
Mike loves spending time with his wife Rachel, whom he has been married to for over 15 wonderful years, and their four kids – Lucca, Jack, Ella and Gia. Mike is a fitness enthusiast and loves spending time outdoors. When sitting still, Mike loves to read and catch up on all things Wisconsin sports.

Ryan Brown excels at delivering outstanding customer service and ensures that even the smallest details are handled with incredible care. Since 2012, Ryan has worked in Madison area real estate, giving him real-world insights on the local market and a unique perspective on the needs of both home buyers and real estate agents. The San Francisco Bay Area native attributes his work ethic to his grandparents. Every summer, he helped run their small business in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. After earning his degree in finance, Ryan worked as a consultant delivering leadership development and human capital programs. He now lives in Middleton with his husband Mark, their golden doodle Violet and barn cat Oliver. An avid cook, Ryan spends his free time entertaining friends or traveling to food-inspired destinations.
Joe Marks
Since 2009, Joe has helped people achieve some of their most important lifestyle and financial goals through his work in real estate and the mortgage industry. Although he has a lot of accolades to point to over his career, his greatest achievements can be summed up through ongoing word-of-mouth referrals.

Becky is a Loan Originator Assistant at Fairway. She enjoys serving our clients by reviewing loan applications, working with them to collect supporting documentation, reviewing for accuracy, and various tasks from preapproval through closing.

Sandy Stanford is a Mortgage Loan Originator with Fairway. She has been in the mortgage industry since 1990. Sandy works to understand your current needs and future goals, and then tailor your mortgage financing to match that unique and personal lifestyle. Her goal is to make the financing process as stress-free as possible. Knowledge and communication are integral parts of the mortgage process and she prides herself on being dedicated to making sure her clients feel comfortable every step of the way. Sandy is an active member of the Middleton Cardinals Booster Club. Outside of work, Sandy is a huge Harley Davidson enthusiast. She enjoys going to her cottage and being the number one fan at her four children’s sporting events including lacrosse and football.
