Peter Stebbins is the Director of Business Development at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. He joined Fairway’s Sun Prairie team as Director of Business Development in November of 2012. He’s worked in business development with other financial institutions in Dane County for the past 10 years. Prior to this he was employed in the title insurance industry.
His role is to bring together and to assist in establishing strong personal relationships for the Fairway loan originators with realtors, builders, developers, attorneys, CPA’s, financial planners and anyone interested in buying or selling a home.
Pete is on the board of directors and held officer positions with the Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin, the Madison Area Builders Association, the Madison Area Mortgage Bankers Association, the Women’s Council of Realtors, Habitat for Humanity and Dane County Title Company. He’s been recognized and received many top awards from these associations. He’s also very active in the Madison, Middleton and Sun Prairie Chamber of Commerce’s.
In his free time, Pete enjoys spending time with his wife of over 40 years, three sons and five granddaughters. He is an avid Wisconsin Badger football and basketball fan and attends as many games as he can!
