Kevin Wagner is a Loan Originator with Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. He has been in the mortgage lending industry since 1999 with a focus on customer service. Kevin understands the need for clear and concise communication throughout the home buying process and believes it is imperative that he is available to answer questions in a timely manner. He is knowledgeable in conventional, FHA, VA and Rural Housing loan programs. In addition, Fairway offers programs to assist those buyers in unique situations that may not fit into the loan portfolio mentioned above.
Being a lifetime Dane County resident, Kevin is very familiar with the local area and believes that homeownership leads to the stability and economic health of the area. Kevin enjoys working with all levels of buyers, from first time homebuyers to those moving up to their next home. He understands that all buyers have specific needs and his goal is to make sure those needs are met.
Kevin has a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin- Madison. He is an active member of the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce.
In his free time, Kevin enjoys fishing and spending time with his two children doing all the fun things Madison has to offer, including frequent boat outings on the local lakes. He is also an avid DIY home repairs man.
